How Does Frontier's Ongoing Support Work?We offer a monthly unlimited toll-free support arrangement. This requires you to have a broadband (cable, DSL, or other high-speed) Internet connection, and at least one workstation with Windows XP Professional, configured for remote access. We also recommend a LinkSys brand router and firewall. With this facility we can connect to your computer and perform required support activities. Having this infrastructure in place allows us to provide the excellent service our customers expect from Frontier. While we also offer a per-incident support arrangement, the unlimited toll-free arrangement provides the best value. Because the per-incident fees can add up in a hurry, there is a strong tendency for clinic employees not to use the support services when they are needed -- whether it is explaining a feature of the software or dealing with a problem. In general, we believe the ready availability of the unlimited toll-free service pays for itself many times over.
